Community Development

The Community Development Department administers the Town’s Land Use Code (LUC), also known as the zoning regulations and provides technical assistance to the Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment, and Board of Trustees. Planning also processes land use applications such as variances, uses-by-permit, re-zonings, PUDs, subdivisions, development plans and conditional use permits to ensure compliance with the Town’s Land Development Code (LDC).
