Notice is hereby given of the invitation to bid on the Town of Meeker Housing Development Concept Plan, which includes conceptual design and development of affordable and workforce housing on public-owned property in the Town of Meeker.  Bid specifications can be found HERE or at Town Hall, 345 Market Street in Meeker, Colorado.

Bids will be accepted until Friday, March 27, 2026 at 3:00 pm at which time bids will be opened and read aloud at Meeker Town Hall, 345 Market Street in Meeker, CO. Bids will be awarded by the Board of Trustees at their regularly scheduled meeting on April 7, 2026, at 7:00 pm.

The Town reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids. Each proposal shall be reviewed and considered consistent with the provisions of the Town of Meeker Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual.

Bids may be submitted online at bidnetdirect.com/Colorado/townofmeeker or mailed or hand delivered to 345 Market Street, Meeker, CO 81641 as sealed bids and must be labeled “Security System Bid”.
