Notice is hereby given of the invitation to bid on the Town of Meeker Security System, which includes a fully supported and installed security camera system on 5 town buildings in the Town of Meeker, Colorado. Bid specifications can be found HERE or at Town Hall, 345 Market Street in Meeker, Colorado.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 6th at 11:00 am at Town Hall, followed by a mandatory walk through of all locations included in the bid invitation.
Bids will be accepted until Thursday, August 21st at 3:00 pm at which time bids will be opened and read aloud at Meeker Town Hall, 345 Market Street in Meeker, CO. Bids will be awarded by the Board of Trustees at their regularly scheduled meeting on September 5th at 7:00 pm.
The Town reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids. Each proposal shall be reviewed and considered consistent with the provisions of the Town of Meeker Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual.
