Meeker Municipal Code Sections 8.20.104 and 8.20.105 requires that owners of land within the Town or any agent in charge of such property are required to cut and remove the weeds and brush, including weeds that have grown along alleys and in the public right-of-way adjacent to such property.
Weeds and brush must be maintained to a length no greater than a height of 12 inches at all times. A written notice may be served upon the owner or agent if not complied with by the 20^th of June, the owner may be cited and required to appear in Municipal Court or the Town may cut the weeds and assess a tax lien against the property in which the weeds and brush have been removed.
