Administration
The Administrative
Department implements policies set by the Board of
Trustees, disseminates information to the public and other
Town Boards, provides staff, Board of Trustees, Commissions
and Advisory Boards support including taking and preparing
minutes for various boards and commissions, writing grants,
issuing licenses (liquor, dog, bicycle, peddlers, etc.),
administers municipal elections, provides financial reports,
prepares the annual budget, manages official Town records,
prepares payroll, maintains accounting records, collects
receivables, prepares twice monthly, for the Board's
consideration, a list of expenditures, monitors the Town's
investments, supervises the Town's land development and
assists in enforcing zoning regulations. Serves as
building superintendent and administers all capital projects.
Sharon Day, Town
Administrator, Treasurer. Serves at the pleasure of
the Board of Trustees. The appointment is made every two years
after the Board,
elected during the municipal election, is sworn in. The Town
Administrator is responsible for providing administrative
support, direction, interpretation of the Board's policies and
projects to the Town's Departments. The Town Administrator
serves as Town Treasurer, Budget Officer, and Deputy Clerk.
The Town Administrator prepares a budget proposal with the
aid of the Town Clerk for the Board's consideration, recruits
and hires the Town Staff, prepares Board agendas and packets
for Board meetings, administers contracts for town projects,
applies for and administrates grants and supervises the day to

Jerry
Viscardi, Town Attorney. Serves at the pleasure of
the Board of Trustees and is appointed every two years. The
Attorney is responsible for providing legal advice to the
Board of Trustees and other Town Boards as needed, the Town
Manager and other management personnel on both civil and
criminal matters relative to policies, practices and
procedures of the Town, drafts ordinances and reviews
contracts for the Town
Lisa Cook, Town
Clerk, Municipal Court Clerk. Serves at the pleasure of
the Board of Trustees and is appointed every two years. The
Town Clerk assists in preparing the annual budget and maintains records of the Town. Provides
financial reports as requested, completes all accounting tasks
including payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable,
assists in monitoring the Town's investments, is
responsible for maintaining personnel records and serves as secretary to the Safety Committee. Maintains court records, attends Municipal Court and

Kathleen
Sizemore, 1/2 time Receptionist, Water Billing and
Liquor License Clerk. As
Water Clerk, receives water payments, assists in billing customers, posting and maintaining customer records.
As liquor license clerk, processes liquor license
requests and renewals, schedules liquor license seminars
and answers numerous liquor license questions. Kathleen also serves as part time police secretary.

Julie McNay, Secretary
II/Water Clerk. Serves as Receptionist
answering numerous public inquires, types general
correspondence, receives general fund revenue payments,
balances daily revenue sheets. Is responsible for
billing customers, posting, receiving
water payments and
maintaining customer records. Handles bulk water sales. E-Mail:

Linda Whalin, Janitor.
Cleans the Town Hall Facility and is paid for actual hours
worked, not a set monthly salary.
